Warranty Coverage:

• All repairs are backed by a 1-year warranty, assuming the unit has not been previously tampered with by any party other than a certified Relentless Motorsports TX technician. This warranty covers repairs made by our team and is not applicable to issues arising from external causes.

Warranty Exclusions:

• The warranty does not cover damage resulting from:

  • Improper installation by the customer or third parties.

  • Exposure to water or environmental damage.

  • Faulty vehicle wiring or electrical shorts.

  • Incorrect battery connections or reverse jumping.

Refunds:

• Refunds will be issued only if diagnostic tests confirm that the malfunction is due to an error in the ECU that we serviced. To process a refund, the ECU must be returned to us accompanied by a detailed note explaining the issue and any relevant test results. This information will assist us in making the necessary adjustments for the repair.

Diagnostic Fee:

• A non-refundable diagnostic fee of $100 is required for all services. This fee will be integrated into the total repair cost should you proceed with our repair services.
   

Base Repair Fee:

• The $400 base repair fee for rebuilding an ECU, BCM, or climate control module includes a thorough assessment of the unit, replacement of all necessary components, and meticulous testing to ensure functionality is fully restored. This fee integrates our expertise, high-quality parts, and labor to deliver a repair that meets our stringent standards. When you initially pay the $100 diagnostic fee, this amount is directly applied to the base repair fee as a credit, highlighting our commitment to transparent pricing and customer satisfaction. This structure ensures customers understand the value they receive, reflecting our dedication to excellence in automotive electronics repair.
