Repair enquiries
When connected, the enquiry form sends your contact details, vehicle information, description and optional photos to the workshop at salesrmstx@gmail.com. The website uses a short-lived session cookie to protect submissions. Uploaded images are processed temporarily for email delivery; the website does not keep a separate permanent enquiry database. The workshop retains received messages for handling the enquiry and repair arrangements.
Intake checklist
The printable checklist stays in the current page. It is not saved in browser storage or sent to the workshop. Print or save your completed checklist before closing the page.
When you contact us
Information you choose to send by email, text or telephone is handled through those communication services and used by the workshop to discuss your enquiry and repair arrangements. Avoid sending payment-card details or unrelated sensitive information. Contact salesrmstx@gmail.com with questions about information you have supplied.
Hosting and external services
This site hosts its own images and fonts. The enquiry service uses short-lived security cookies and limited request metadata for spam prevention. The hosting provider may retain ordinary access and security logs. If you choose live chat, tawk.to loads its service and processes the chat, contact details, attachments and connection information under its privacy policy. Chat does not load until you request it. Email, telephone and external social services have their own privacy practices.
